Location and dealing of Manager (I forgot the name but Egyptian guy)

The location is great, very close (less than 10 minutes walk) to Masjidil Haram

Quite hidden its located at some alley, behind le meridien hotel and have to walk up a little hill.

Location is 5 min walk from haram

Hotel enterence is not clean and room are smelly due to lack of ventilation.

Only the location is good about this hotel

Get what you pay for. Good for me as I was going to spend only few hours sleeping. Bed was comfy and good AC. Location is very close to Haram for decent price.

No remote for AC to adjust the temperature and default was too cold and it takes on some occasion long time to get someone with remote to adjust temperature

The staff was very supportive, I did late checkout due to unforeseen reasons but there were very patient with me

the hotel entrance was hard to find with narrow uphill road and less parking space but the hotel did provide club car for ease

Nice location, friends housekeeping staff.

They should specify the hight of the hotel as it was on incline location ... Difficult for ill & aged person.

Location is very close to the Haram only 3 Minuts walk , very friendly stuff and bed room are okay if you are not looking for supper luxury stay.

In the lobby there are some Miskito and it relay not good to have such thing in a good hotel like this

Somehow close to Al-Masjid al-Haram ( The Holy Mosque .. considering the time " Ramadan" and the distance to the al-Haram the price is responsible

The hotel is located in a steep mountain slope, it's difficult for elderly people to walk to it. The golf cart is only available at certain times .

the location is excellent, however please note that you need to climb a steep hill to the hotel so old people will struggle.

1- night shift staff are not helpful, he even was mocking my words on phone when i complained about AC before it worked, no remote control for the AC. 2- smell of beds not so fresh. 3- wifi worked in morning mostly, night for some reason it goes not working, and they don't do about it no matter how much you complain they don't repair it. 4- as I mentioned its located on a hill behind le meridien, and they do have a golf cart to drop people off that hill, but only this hotel vehicle rarely moved, in my stay it took us once i think and by our request too..

The location is excellent. A few minutes from the Haram. I personally would rather walk 5 minutes than wait a long time for the elevator (the case if I was staying at one of the hotels in the Abraj). Yes the location and view there are amazing, but don't go there if you're going at peek season. If you don't care about the room and all you need is a place to shower and rest quickly, this is good enough. location location location!

Did not interact with staff so I cannot comment. There was no view whatsoever. The room was tiny! Three beds for one guest, but tiny room. So if there were actually 3 guests, it would be super tight. There was no HOT water only cold and slightly warm. This was ok for the first night after doing Umrah. I don't recommend this place for non-peak season. It's expensive for the services and quality.

walking distance to haram

It is on a hill and taxi/cars can't go there to pick or drop you. Golf cart is used to carry people/luggage from the road in front of Meridien hotel to this hotel. Walking upto this hotel is very difficult. Rooms are tiny and small. They charged me about 800 US dollars for 3 nights(first 3 days of Ramadan) which is unfair and unreasonable. This is called price gouging during the month of Ramadan. Shame on them. Found cockraches in the room(several of them).
