Pleasant , staff were helpful and respectful. No room service was provided during our stay but toiletries and extra bedd

It is close to haram . But there is a short steep hill just before the hotel so maybe a bit of a struggle for the elderly . Golf card is available but a driver is not always present in cart .

Location is the best Haram .

Dicht bij al Haram (Kaaba)

Kamer niet voorzien van handdoeken, Geur in badkamer van afvoer. Toilet spoelt slecht door. Kamer werd gebruik als werkkamer. Via ons raam in en uit. Bed werd gebruikt als werkbank. Zonder communicatie is onze kamer gebruikt terwijl wij er niet waren!

الراحة والنظافة وحسن المعاملة

ضيق الغرفة وعدم توفر موقف سيارة واضطريت استخدم مواقف مدفوعة كلفتني الساعة 25 ريال في ليلة دفعت 325 ريال فقط موقف اذا معك سيارة يفضل تستأجر بعيد وتجي بتكسي ارخص وافضل واريح واقرب للمطاعم (اذا كنت قادم بطائرة فلن يكون الموقف مشكلة)
